Housing Vermont is a unique organization in that we both syndicate and develop affordable housing. By having in-depth knowledge of both parts of the process, Housing Vermont is better able to shape a community’s vision of what they want to ultimately provide and at the same time assemble the proper funding sources to bring their vision to fruition.
To date, Housing Vermont has syndicated the financing for over 131 developments comprising 4,000 units of affordable housing. Each development is unique and designed specifically to best provide for each community's individual needs. From a rural new construction development of duplex houses, to rehabilitation of a four story mixed use downtown property and everything in between, Housing Vermont strives to provide the highest quality, affordable housing for Vermont communities.
