Housing Vermont is hiring and we need you, the Asset Manager to join us! You will help oversee a growing portfolio of more than 4000 residential rental apartments. As the full-time Asset Manager with 2 years’ experience in real estate management, you will be responsible for all property and asset management issues from development feasibility, transitioning to operations and long-term operating success. You will work with the ownership team on strategies to maintain operational health, provide technical support, assure best practices, review financial performance and report to investors. You will bring your keen analytical skills, proven ability to readily recognize potential problems and develop and implement solutions. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
